How I Review AI Tools
Every review on AIFindsReviewed should answer a simple question: is this tool actually useful for a specific kind of user, and what are the tradeoffs? The goal is not to crown a universal winner. The goal is to help readers make better choices.
What I evaluate
- Ease of use and onboarding friction
- Output quality in realistic tasks
- Pricing relative to value
- Best-fit use cases and poor-fit use cases
- Reliability, limitations, and obvious caveats
What I will not do
- Publish fake ratings without meaningful testing
- Pretend every tool is perfect just to earn affiliate revenue
- Hide when a recommendation includes an affiliate relationship
Editorial standard
Reviews should include a verdict summary, clear pros and cons, who the tool is for, and what alternatives readers should consider. When an article may contain affiliate links, that disclosure should be visible and understandable.
